The International Adoption Process

Step 9- Receive & Accept child referral
(except CHINA)*

The moment you have been waiting for finally arrives and you get to see what your baby looks like.

You will most likely receive a medical report and video on your child (except Ukraine & China).

Your case manager will assist you in making your final decision.

You must forward your International Fee upon acceptance of your child to Adoption Source, Inc.

The referral of a baby may occur much earlier in the process depending on the program and country you choose. Most Adoption Source families have the referral of a child prior to being paperwork complete.
